
Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG was founded in Zurich in 2021 and is a wealth management firm licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
Wilfried Kofmehl, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Partner, launched "Lumen Capital Investors" in Singapore in 2010, which is now a leading multi-family office in the Southeast Asian region.
In 2021, he founded Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG, based in Zurich. The result was a new independent asset manager with a competent team of experienced investment specialists and client advisors with international experience.
The opening of the branch office in Wollerau adds an attractive location to Lumen's network of relationships.

Wilfried Kofmehl is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Partner of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG. He has more than 30 years of international experience in wealth management. Before founding Lumen Capital Investors, a Singapore-based multi-family office, in 2011, he worked in wealth management at Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS AG) for 25 years, including a stint in Singapore from 2000 to 2006. He then spent five years as CEO of Bank Julius Baer in Singapore with overall responsibility for private banking in Southeast Asia. Wilfried holds higher, internationally recognized qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Certified Financial Analyst (AZEK) diploma.

For four decades, the long-term preservation and growth of wealth has been my passion – lived with responsibility, individuality, and independence. This comprehensive expertise in Wealth Management, especially my experience in Private Markets, forms the foundation for our holistic Total Wealth approach and generational support. Nick Pfau is a member of the Board of Directors and Partner at Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG. He has 40 years of financial experience, specializing in advising wealthy international clients. He held leading positions at UBS AG, most recently as Chairman of European branches and a member of the Group Managing Board and the Global Investment Committee Wealth Management. Subsequently, he gained 12 years of experience in Private Markets. He completed his education at HWZ Zurich and the Swiss Finance Institute.

After years of experience and excitement in the petrochemical industry, it's back to the roots for me. Together with Wilfried and the entire Lumen team, I look forward to creating value for our customers and contributing the expertise I have gained in over 30 years as an investor.
Daniel Eggenberger is a member of the Board of Directors and partner of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG. He has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience and expertise in securities trading, asset management and international group structures. He has held senior trading positions with a focus on derivatives and has built several successful companies in the licensed securities dealer, family office, real estate, energy and financial holding sectors during his long career. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he has spent the last 20 years as Chairman of the Board of a global petrochemical company.

My experience in industry and wealth management helps me to truly understand the perspective of entrepreneurs – I bring this knowledge to Lumen so that we can tailor our services even more precisely to your needs.
Dr. Matthias Krauland is a member of the Advisory Board at Lumen Capital (Switzerland) AG. Today, he is an independent consultant and investor in the private markets sector. Previously, he gained over 13 years of extensive management experience as CEO of a global industrial company. Immediately after completing his studies, he began his professional career in wealth management at UBS AG, where he worked for seven years. He holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Linz.

I gained many years of experience in wealth management and advisory services for discerning clients at a major bank. I would now like to apply this experience to our clients in our own company by taking care of their interests and treating their financial affairs as if they were my own. Naturally, I am also looking forward to putting my stamp on Lumen Capital with my values and my entrepreneurial spirit.
Andreas Luder is CEO and Partner of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG and responsible for the Executive Board. Before joining Lumen, Andreas worked in wealth management at UBS AG for over 25 years, both in Switzerland and internationally, gaining a wide range of experience in all areas of wealth management. Very early in his career, he worked for UBS AG in Singapore as a client advisor for Southeast Asian private clients. Back in Switzerland, he was responsible for various areas of UBS Wealth Management, including the Europe-wide overall management of Advisory & Sales Management. Andreas has spent the last 10 years advising wealthy Swiss clients and their families. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Zurich and is a certified Wealth Management Advisor for the Swiss market.

Matthias Bachmann is CIO of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG and responsible for the investment strategy. He has 20 years’ experience in the areas of research and portfolio management. He ran the equity sales trading team at UBS Investment Bank for ten years and subsequently co-founded MainFirst Schweiz AG, an institutional brokerage house and asset manager, where he successfully led the long/short and long-only equity strategies. Following that, he led the Swiss business of the asset manager Craton Capital and was jointly responsible for the company sector analysis as well as the equity strategy for the precious metals and commodities sectors. In the past few years, he has focused on global macro analysis and correlations as well as the corresponding strategies for private clients. At the same time, he completed a Master of Advanced Studies at the University of Zurich to become a lecturer in economics and law. Matthias holds a master’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of Basel.

I spent the last 30 years in various companies and am looking forward to bringing this valuable experience and my personal ideas to a young and dynamic firm.
Christine Dellagiacoma is responsible for the operational business of Lumen Capital (Switzerland) Ltd. Christine has more than 30 years of professional experience in the financial industry. Before joining Lumen, she held various positions in asset management, private equity and wealth management at RobecoSAM, Partners Group and UBS AG. Most recently, she was responsible for communications at an industrial group. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from the Zurich School of Economics and a Diploma in Sustainable Finance from the University of Zurich.

Marco Haas is a Partner at Lumen Capital (Switzerland) AG and advises private clients in Switzerland. He has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management – both in the Swiss market and internationally. Marco began his career in 2004 in UBS’s international wealth management division. From 2010 to 2014, he was involved in the founding and development of a private bank in Zurich, where he was also responsible for private banking. He then spent ten years at UBS advising high-net-worth Swiss clients as a Senior Relationship Manager and Team Leader. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He is also a certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) for the Swiss market.

Marco Rollero is a Partner at Lumen Capital (Switzerland) AG and serves international private clients. Marco has been in the financial industry for over 30 years. During his career, he worked for 14 years at RBS Coutts Bank in Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore as a foreign exchange specialist and as an advisor to high net worth clients. For the last 13 years, he served sophisticated private clients at Bank Syz. Marco completed various advanced trainings in economics and financial markets and holds a diploma as Certified Financial Analyst (AZEK).

Andreas Sigg is a partner at Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG and advises international private clients. Andreas has worked in the financial industry for over 40 years. He spent more than 30 years at RBS Coutts Bank, initially in investment banking, during which time he was, among others, head of international stock exchanges, followed by 10 years advising discerning international private clients. For the past 13 years, he was responsible for international high net worth clients at Bank Syz. Andreas was trained at RBS Coutts Bank in London, New York and Paris and holds the certificate from the Swiss Banking School.
